December 4, 2012 Today I took the Timiami Trail across the Everglades to Naples, making several stops along the way. First was Shark Valley, named after a river and having nothing to do with sharks (except they seem to congregate at the mouth of the river--which is not at this site). Rest assured all photos of alligators or other dangerous creatures are the result of a zoom lens.
