Forgiveness, in many cases = "letting go." We are reading What Good is God? by Philip Yancey during Lent, and this was tonight's topic. I think that is a big part of it--letting go of MY right to see YOU pay. And the verse that says judge not, and don't condemn, but forgive...probably the most appropriate application in my life is to let it all go--the judging, the condemning (even when I'm RIGHT)--and choose to walk free from it.
I love the perspective and the warm tones of the wood. Church on Wednesdays is a favorite for me.
