Liberty Bell (Philadelphia)

On a second trip into Philly, I got a better shot of the Liberty Bell.  I'd never thought much about the bell and its significance, but what struck me was how it has been not only a symbol of liberty, but also a symbol for those who did NOT have liberty... slaves, native Americans, and women used it as a symbol of liberty for a few, but not all.

This is the end of the building that houses the bell.  From inside, you look at the bell and out this large glass window at  Independence Hall.
