9/11 Butterflies

I began this day of remembrance at the Museum of Natural History's Butterfly Pavilion with Caryl.  It was nice to start the day with color and beauty.  More photos here:  Butterflies

The butterfly below is amazing.  Here it sits--beautiful, but certainly not colorful.  BUT...when it flies...

...it is bright blue.  Unfortunately, it does not sit still while the blue is showing, so photographs are difficult to obtain!!
