Ha ha! I hope it doesn't mean you are in for 6 months of street repair and gas line, sewer line and storm sewer "updates!" (Been there; done that.)
It always makes me nervous when I see these markings in my yard. I expect to see a huge ditch or hole any day. Hope that's not the case for you!
